Trust employee .it's cancel my booking bcoz I have no credit card to use .but since I come there to let me knows if there another room ..no available ..to make story short I forget my phone in reception a few half hour call they give me back my phone that I think it lost thanks anyway to the receiptionist .♥️? May Allah bless you more .

facilities are very limited. they don't even provide floor mat in room for washroom. Cockroaches in room. no water kettle in room for hot water.

I didn’t stay the whole day, around 9pm I checked out because I felt something scary..I can’t sleep..then I asked the staff in the reception if I can change my room then he insisted that it’s not allowed and there were no vacant room which I didn’t beleive him…so I decided yo checked out..by the way I stayed in room 306..Then when I arrived at the room there were no towel so I had to call yo asked for it…no coffee or even tea..

there are cockroaches a lot of them in room specially the washroom, music sounds are so much high the the staff told me there are 5 clubs in the first floor, phone is not working and that is on purpose.

It was very noisy outside because of other guests at night. There were a lot of baby cockroaches. Washbasin was kind of blocked. Landline was not working to contact the reception or restaurant.

it is worst i ever experienced staff behavior, cleaning, rooms condition was not good.all of customers asked for long waiting 2-3 hours.

errible Experience - Unprofessional and Unhelpful, Lost Bag Likely StolenI had the most frustrating and disappointing experience staying at this hotel. Upon checking out, I realized that my bag was missing, and I can only assume it was stolen. since my flight was leaving that same night, I emailed the hotel staff and asked for help, specifically requesting access to the CCTV footage to investigate what happened. Unfortunately, they completely ignored my request and showed no willingness to assist in resolving the issue.I tried to reach out multiple times via email and phone, but not only did they refuse to respond, they actually BLOCKED my contact! It’s incredibly unprofessional and has left me with no recourse. Now that I’ve returned to Kenya, I’ve had no response to my emails and no resolution. I truly wish I could escalate this to the police, but the hotel’s lack of cooperation makes that difficult.Aside from the theft situation, the hotel was also extremely unclean. The rooms were not properly cleaned, and the overall environment felt very unprofessional and neglected. I’ve stayed at many hotels, but this one was by far the worst in terms of both service and cleanliness.I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, and I deeply regret my stay. If you value your belongings, your safety, and basic hospitality, do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

It’s location all that we needed was very close by through walking distance and will surely be coming back .

Some staff was very nice and helpful but not all can be said likewise.

Noisy and below average hotel

I lived on the second floor and the noise of the club reached my room. When I went to the reception, I told him about the disturbance and he told me that the room could not be changed and the club could not be stopped. The club continued until 4 am. It was a bad experience and a terrible night. We could not sleep despite being tired.

Dust everywhere Furniture is so scratched washrooms need repair no hot water : too much dust at the window and the fridge I can’t say much it needs renovation

the security was helpful when we didn’t find any one on reception he tried to explain and keep us calm

during check we waited almost 20 minutes on counter as per the security the receptionist was having food and no one was there and later on the manager came to help but he his attitude wasn’t good against us he didn’t even apologize, he simply said we have to follow hotel policy

Dirtyy room the floor was disgusting and when we first entered the room the telephone in the room was not working amd aftwr informing the reception they never came to fix it or even bother to offer an alternative
